Added PhD thesis

I have added a page for my PhD thesis.

New layout

Since November, I am working as a post-doctoral researcher at the Donders Institute of Cognitive Neuroimaging. My site was getting outdated again, so I just created this new layout to force myself to update my site.

In the next weeks I hope to add the old content again, and put some of my notes online was well, for which I added math support: $y = X \vec{w}$.
